Norjob was established in the year 2000 by a group of professionals in the Engineering and Recruitment sectors.
The group realized that there was a strong need for educated and skilled personnel in Norway that the Norwegian labour market could not meet, but that most employers did not have enough knowledge about where to search for suitable overseas candidates. Also, the candidates themselves did not know how to go about searching for suitable opportunities in Norway.
From 2012 Norjob was a website which aims at providing overseas job hunters with all relevant job openings in Norway, advise on how to apply for them, and getting hired.

Norjob was unique in that we did not rely on employer’s advertising fees, but focus entirely on finding job openings and relaying the information to the job hunters as quickly and efficiently as possible and in a language they understood. The company name Norjob Norge AS was at this time formed.
2015
From 2015 Norjob has developed to be a company offering more services to support, help and guide.
